The HR Onboarding Specialist oversees the end-to-end onboarding experience for new employees, from offer acceptance through full integration into the organization. This role delivers structured orientations, coordinates system and access setup, and manages HR and compliance documentation. It works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, People Operations, and other departments to ensure a smooth, engaging, and consistent onboarding journey for each new hire. The position also gathers feedback and contributes to continuous improvement of onboarding processes and materials.
