About this role

This role leads and scales HighLevel’s global onboarding function, shaping the end-to-end experience from offer acceptance through full activation across multiple countries and entities. It sits at the intersection of People Operations, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance to ensure a seamless, compliant, and data-driven onboarding journey. The position is responsible for designing the global onboarding program, driving operational excellence, and building a cohesive new-hire cultural experience. It also includes managing and developing an onboarding team to support rapid growth in a remote-first, hyper-growth SaaS environment.
