HR Policy, Risk & Controls Manager

The HR Policy, Risk & Controls Manager ensures that human resources policies, processes, and programs align with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and the company's risk management framework. Acting as a second line of defense, the role oversees HR risk monitoring, compliance assessments, SOX controls, and audit activities, partnering with internal audit, external auditors, and HR functional leaders. The manager also maintains the HR Risk & Control Matrix, provides guidance to strengthen the control environment, and reports risk and compliance findings to senior HR leadership.
