HR Project Management Officer

The HR PMO Manager provides project management, governance, and execution support across the Human Resources function at Tate and Lyle. This role acts as a central coordination point for strategic HR initiatives, organizational changes, and employee lifecycle events, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. The position partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful delivery of HR programs and transformation initiatives.
