About this role
NVIDIA’s HR Rotation Program is a ~2-year, multi-rotation early-career program for new college graduates that places participants across HR functions such as Recruiting, HR Technology, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Experience. Participants complete 6–8 diverse rotations and transition into a long-term role aligned to their skills and interests, with compensation and equity opportunities based on level and location.
