About this role

The Vice President, HR Technology at ATLAS SP will lead and manage HR technology solutions to ensure HR applications and integrations support day-to-day operations, compliance, and the firm’s strategic people initiatives. Based in Raleigh, NC, the role partners with HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance to maintain data integrity, drive automation, and deliver HR analytics. The position also oversees vendor relationships, system implementations, governance, and user support to optimize HR processes and employee experience.
