HRIS Analyst I

The HRIS Analyst at The Standard supports and maintains Workday HCM and other HR systems to ensure accurate HR data, secure access, and a positive user experience. The role partners with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance on system enhancements and projects while maintaining documentation and supporting testing and audits. It focuses on operational accuracy, security administration, and responsive service to employees and managers.
