An HRIS Manager – Payroll & Time & Attendance leads the strategy and governance of payroll and time and attendance systems across the organization, ensuring compliant, scalable processes and a positive employee experience. The role partners with HR, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into effective payroll solutions and system roadmaps. It sits in the HR COEs Technology & Shared Services organization and is based on-site, overseeing global payroll and T&A operations.
