HRIS Manager

The HRIS Manager serves as the primary technical and operational liaison connecting the Office of Human Resources, the Payroll Office, and Instructional & Information Technology Services. This role is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the institution’s human resources information systems, primarily Workday HCM and Workday Payroll. The position ensures data integrity, streamlines business processes, and manages enhancement projects across HR, Payroll, and IITS functional areas.
