The HSE Business Partner will support the North Plympton manufacturing site by driving a proactive safety culture, building capability, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. This hands‑on role partners with operational leaders to influence safe behaviours, support audits and ISO14001 activities, and maintain HSE reporting and insights for leadership. The role is site‑focused and highly collaborative across all levels and shifts.
