The Human Resources Business Partner is a hands-on HR role supporting Green Thumb’s People Team to implement and execute people initiatives, programs, and policies for retail dispensaries in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, driving employee engagement, and managing elements of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. The position works closely with teams and leaders to coach and support business growth while maintaining company values.
