Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager leads, manages, and oversees all human resources functions at Hotel Valencia Santana Row, ensuring compliance with California employment laws, wage-and-hour regulations, and workers' compensation administration. This hands-on leadership role partners with the Executive Committee to develop a positive workplace culture, minimize employment-related risk, and support the hotel's operational and financial objectives. The position requires extensive knowledge of California compliance and experience in a hotel or similarly complex operating environment.
