Human Resource Shared Services Learning Partner

The Human Resource Shared Services Learning Partner role involves partnering with the CoE Learning and skills function to implement the Global Learning Portfolio. This position supports Capability Managers and various teams to operationalize learning solutions, ensuring successful delivery and continuous service improvement. The role also includes providing advice and guidance to Tier 1 support and managing service reviews to meet SLAs and KPIs.
