About this role

The HR Analyst at Tebra serves as a subject matter expert to optimize HR processes and enable data-driven decision making. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data, maintaining Workday configurations and reporting, supporting integrations and system upgrades, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. The analyst partners with People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and other teams to deliver insights, dashboards, and project support for strategic HR initiatives.
