Human Resources and Organizational Development Expert

This role supports the institutional reform of Armenia's Civil Aviation Committee (CAC) and AASIID under Project ARM24802, focusing on transforming these entities into autonomous, technically competent, and financially sustainable authorities. The expert will conduct organizational assessments, design new structures, and develop comprehensive HR frameworks, policies, and transition plans aligned with ICAO standards. The position involves close collaboration with the Project Coordinator and other team members to deliver strategic recommendations and implementation support.
