Human Resources Assistant

This role serves as the assistant to the Human Resources Director, providing administrative and clerical support for all aspects of human resource issues within the County. The position oversees recruitment, testing, and selection processes while managing worker's compensation claims and maintaining confidential staffing records. It also involves coordinating drug testing policies, assisting with leave of absence procedures, and preparing various reports for county administration.
