Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides front-line operational support to the Employee Relations and Benefits teams within HR in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, management, and visitors, managing walk-in and phone inquiries while supporting leave of absence administration, accommodations requests, and employee relations case management. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
