Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist serves as a hands-on partner to employees and managers across Portland Bolt's multi-site manufacturing operations, supporting day-to-day HR functions including payroll, leaves of absence, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and engagement. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, balances competing priorities across sites and shifts, and provides dedicated HR support to east coast facilities. The position is 100% on-site and involves working closely with employees and leaders to shape the employee experience.
