Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a hands-on HR partner supporting employee relations, workplace investigations, leaves and accommodations, workers' compensation coordination, and employment compliance across assigned regions. This role manages standard-to-moderately complex employee relations matters from intake through resolution while partnering with Operations, HR leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure fair and consistent employment practices. The position balances employee support with business needs and escalates complex or high-risk matters as appropriate.
