Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the primary on-the-ground ambassador of Union Square Hospitality Group's culture and values in Boston, providing strategic HR support to a growing restaurant and bar team. This role partners with operational leaders and the New York home office to drive performance management, employee relations, talent retention, and local implementation of training and policy initiatives. The position also handles compliance, benefits and payroll support, and recruitment strategy to ensure a connected and effective HR function.
