The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to operational leaders in North Orange County and surrounding areas, providing expert guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning. This highly visible role requires frequent travel to support 3–4 facility visits per week while building strong partnerships and translating HR concepts into actionable business outcomes. The position focuses on driving onboarding, performance management, and cultural alignment across healthcare facilities.
