Human Resources Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)

The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the HR department and employees, managing HR communications, employee inquiries, and the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, and terminations. The role involves administering unemployment claims, processing workers' compensation and legal documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records within the HRIS. This position also supports timekeeping, payroll processing, and compliance-related reporting while providing general administrative support to the HR team.
