Human Resources Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)

The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the HR department and employees, managing the HR inbox, phone lines, and mail while responding to employee inquiries. The role supports the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations, and administers unemployment claims and termination paperwork. Additionally, the coordinator assists with tracking employee leaves of absence, processing workers' compensation claims, and maintaining accurate employee records within the HRIS.
