Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of the County's human resources and employee relations programs for approximately 550 employees across 35 departments. This role involves advising leadership on workforce matters, developing HR strategies, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The position oversees recruitment, labor relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee development while serving as a key member of the County's management team.
