Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist at Hennepin Arts implements programs and policies to foster a productive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Human Resources, the role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations while integrating diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging (DEIAB) into all aspects of the employee life cycle. The position also supports strategic HR initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and compliance with employment laws.
