Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist coordinates and delivers day-to-day operational HR programs for the Truro site, including recruitment, onboarding, training support, attendance and performance management, and immigration program administration. The role serves as a primary HR resource for supervisors and employees, handling preliminary investigations, conflict resolution, and HRIS data integrity while escalating complex matters to the Manager of Human Resources. This position supports employee engagement, policy implementation, and workforce analytics to drive operational decision-making and compliance.
