The Human Resources Generalist serves as a strategic and operational partner to City departments by providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies, and delivering high-quality service across all functional areas of Human Resources. This role blends talent management, HRIS and payroll operations, compliance oversight, performance management support, and City-wide HR communications. Under limited supervision, the position requires strong judgment, independent decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
