Human Resources (HR) Compliance Program Manager

The Human Resources (HR) Compliance Program Manager leads enterprise-wide HR compliance programs to ensure adherence with federal, state, and local employment laws across the United States. This role serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on employment compliance matters, including EEO obligations, immigration-related employment authorization, accommodations, and policy governance. The position develops, implements, and continuously improves compliance programs that mitigate risk and support business objectives.
