Human Resources Information System Analyst

The HRIS Analyst serves as the primary liaison between Human Resources, campus departments, University Information Technology, and CU System partners to support and enhance human resource systems and business processes. This position is responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and improving HR technology solutions that support the employee lifecycle, including HRIS, talent acquisition, payroll, and related human capital management functions. The role involves collaborating with HR staff, campus stakeholders, and technical teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and the employee experience.
