The Human Resources Intern will assist in the management and administration of HR-related tasks while receiving a comprehensive learning experience across different areas within the department. This role involves managing new partner files, updating HRIS content, assisting with performance management and benefit administration, and participating in employee relation work and audits. The intern will work 40 hours a week during a 3-month summer program at the Strongsville, Ohio headquarters.
