Human Resources – Labor Relations Student Program

This student program offers a year-round opportunity for students to work on-site at a Stellantis manufacturing facility in the Metro-Detroit area, applying classroom learning to real-world labor relations projects. The role involves supporting the HR team in a unionized manufacturing environment through tasks such as collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance tracking, and workplace investigations. Students will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to corporate business culture while balancing their academic schedules.
