About this role

The Human Resources Manager at Covenant Aviation Security oversees all phases of personnel support, including employment, labor relations, training, and benefits administration at Denver International Airport. This role acts as a liaison between employees and management, conducts internal investigations, and manages the recruiting and onboarding for the workforce assigned to the airport security function. The candidate will provide general administrative support and address various HR and employee relations issues with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of personnel support including employment and benefits
Serve as a point of contact for HR questions for internal and external customers
Conduct internal investigations and respond to complaints filed with outside agencies
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and badging of CAS workforce assigned to DEN
