Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing all HR programs, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training, to support the region's business strategies. The role involves participating on leadership teams, promoting HR initiatives, and providing coaching and guidance to local management. The position also includes accountability for managing and collaborating with the Corporate Total Rewards Team and HR colleagues across various functional areas.
