Human Resources Manager

The HR Business Partner serves as the primary and sole dedicated Human Resources professional for a manufacturing organization, independently managing the full spectrum of day-to-day HR operations. This hands-on position partners directly with the General Manager and department leaders to handle recruitment, employee relations, policy administration, and employment-law compliance. The role is accountable for accurate HR and payroll administration, employee benefits, 401(k) plan coordination, and ongoing compliance with federal and state regulations.
