Human Resources Officer - (Field Only)

The Human Resources Officer supports the execution of the Ghana Country Office HR strategy and operational plans from the Tamale Office, providing responsive, high-quality HR services to staff and managers. The role emphasizes field-office support, recruitment coordination, onboarding, staff development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and policy implementation. This position ensures compliance with agency, donor, and Ghana labor law requirements while maintaining accurate personnel records and supporting workforce planning.
