The Program Manager I - MEAL serves as the technical advisor and process lead for quality Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) for the project. The position ensures the timely availability and use of high-quality performance, participant feedback, and learning information to monitor implementation, measure results, and support adaptive management.
