The Human Resources Officer serves as a primary HR contact for Georgetown Law Center, managing the full cycle of human capital management, recruiting, and staffing operations for faculty, staff, and students. This role executes transactions within Workday and GMS, leads student employment programs, and provides training and operational support to diverse stakeholders across multiple departments. The incumbent refines HR processes, ensures compliance with labor laws, and maintains professional communication to address the community's workforce needs.
