This role supports and facilitates human resources processes across Indiana locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The position involves administering the HRIS/HCM system, managing attendance and disciplinary processes in a unionized environment, and coordinating hourly leaves of absence and FMLA. The HR professional serves as a point of contact for union-related matters, partners with management and union representatives, and provides customer service support to employees.
