This role leads the hotel's Human Resources function, partnering with the General Manager and Department Heads to deliver people strategy and support business objectives. The position manages the complete colleague lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with Kuwait Labour Law. It also involves driving colleague engagement, overseeing payroll processes, and developing the HR team to ensure a professional and efficient service.
