Human Rights Lead

The Human Rights Lead will drive Haleon's Human Rights agenda by leading the delivery of the company's strategy and action plan, ensuring compliance with rising due diligence and disclosure requirements. This role involves strengthening human rights due diligence processes across operations and supply chains, building internal capability to manage risks, and managing engagement with key industry coalitions. The position also includes overseeing human rights reporting, providing subject matter expertise on related risk areas, and managing a Human Rights Manager.
