Hydronics Shop Supervisor

This position is primarily responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of personnel within the assigned Hydronics Shop area(s) in collaboration with other Fabrication floor supervisors. The role involves leading production personnel to ensure standards and productivity are met, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. The supervisor will also assist with hiring, training, and mentoring shop staff while collaborating with leadership to achieve company goals.
