This position is primarily responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of personnel within the assigned Hydronics Shop area(s) in collaboration with other Fabrication floor supervisors. The role involves leading production personnel to meet standards and productivity goals while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and union protocols. The supervisor will also assist with hiring, training, and mentoring staff to maintain high performance and support company growth objectives.
