I-Teller - Operations Center

The I-Teller role serves as the face of the bank, processing transactions via Interactive Teller Machines while delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with clients, both in-person and remotely. The position involves resolving customer issues, answering inquiries about accounts and products, and making referrals to other departments to support business growth. It also requires troubleshooting routine ITM issues, adhering to security and compliance procedures, and assisting with account verifications and closures.
