I-Teller - Operations Center

The I-Teller role serves as the face of the bank, processing transactions via Interactive Teller Machines while delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients, whether in-person or remote. The position involves resolving customer issues, answering inquiries about products and services, and making referrals to other departments to meet customer needs. The role also includes troubleshooting routine ITM issues, adhering to security and compliance procedures, and participating in business generation activities.
