The Intensive Case Management (ICM) Caseworker provides client-centered support for vulnerable refugees and ORR-eligible populations, helping them access services that promote safety, health, and self-sufficiency. The role is based within the International Rescue Committee’s resettlement programs and serves diverse client groups including survivors of violence, older adults, unaccompanied youth, and those with medical or mental health needs.
