Intensive Case Management Caseworker

The Intensive Case Management Caseworker at the International Rescue Committee provides strengths-based, client-centered support to vulnerable refugees, asylees, and other eligible populations facing barriers to safety and wellness. This role involves developing individualized self-sufficiency plans, navigating healthcare and social service systems, conducting community outreach, and responding to client crises while maintaining detailed documentation.
