Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead defines and implements a global IAM strategy and governance model, overseeing the end-to-end identity lifecycle and ensuring security and compliance. This role acts as the global authority for IAM, building and leading a global team while partnering with cross-functional groups to embed IAM as a foundational IT capability. The position focuses on establishing scalable operating models and driving operational efficiency across all regions and business units.
