Imaging Referrals Scheduler

The Imaging Referrals Scheduler is responsible for the precertification and scheduling of Imaging exams, coordinating care with outside facilities, and serving as a resource to all Imaging modalities and sites. The role involves acquiring pre-certifications, obtaining medical history for Radiologist protocol review, and ensuring orders are correct and appropriately communicated. This position also requires providing patient education, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strict confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA guidelines.
