About this role

The Imaging Services Coordinator II supports the Imaging Support Services department by managing patient reception, scheduling complex appointments, and uploading outside imaging into PACS. This role serves as a key ambassador for the patient experience, resolving customer service issues and acting as an escalation point in a high-volume clinical environment. The position also involves training new team members, monitoring scheduling reports, and serving as a backup for modality scheduling when needed.

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to incoming add-on requests in accordance with departmental guidelines
Monitor multiple scheduling reports to ensure accuracy in patient scheduling and optimization of resource utilization
Oversee the training of new team members as requested
