IMH Coordinator Perspective Payment System

The IMH Coordinator Perspective Payment System is responsible for the data collection, completion, and transmission of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI) in compliance with CMS regulations. This role ensures accurate FIM scoring and CMG placement while collaborating with the clinical care team to support patient advocacy and reimbursement. The position also involves leading quality improvement activities, providing clinical education, and maintaining regulatory compliance for the Inpatient Rehab department.
